Responsible Investment Case Study – Residential Apartment Building with Rooftop Solar

Woodbridge is pleased to share a responsible investment case study for one of our existing loans in the portfolio.


What?
A first mortgage loan secured against an apartment building in Southport.

How?
Due to the lack of current sustainability focused apartment developments, Woodbridge pursued the loan to ensure the project was delivered successfully and ultimately provided funding to ensure the solar panels were installed on the rooftop.  

Positive Outcomes
The installed solar power in the apartment building will significantly lower electricity bills for residents and reduce the building’s environmental impact by cutting carbon emissions. It also boosts property value and improves resident satisfaction by offering a more sustainable and cost-effective living environment.
