Ben Evans is Executive Director Origination at Woodbridge, where he leads the origination team and is responsible for sourcing and structuring new transactions, managing client relationships, and building partnerships with brokers, developers, and other market participants. He also serves on Woodbridge’s Investment and Credit Committees.
With over 20 years’ experience in property capital markets across banking, non-bank lending, and advisory, Ben has executed funding solutions through multiple property cycles in all major Australian and New Zealand metropolitan markets. He specialises in development, investment, and corporate finance across the full capital stack — from senior debt to mezzanine and equity — and has deep expertise in large loan structuring, underwriting, and syndication. Ben regularly works with property principals, executives, fund managers, and capital transaction specialists to structure, diligence, document, and fund complex projects.
